Located at Larimer Street and Park Ave in the heart of the ballpark neighborhood. This surface parking lot offers 54 parking spaces. Monthly parking and pre-paid Rockies parking available.

Located at Market and 20th this downtown surface lot has 28 parking spots. Nearby to Rockies games, great restaurants and bars.

Located at the corner of 28th and Larimer for Daily and monthly parking.

- Call us at 303-996-1179 or email us at Parking@focuscorporation.com. Let us know the lot you would like to rent, the date, and the hours and we will get back to you promptly. You can also fill out the form below and we can reach out to you.
- What lots require me to enter my license plate number?
- All of our parking lots when paying will ask for the license plate which is on your vehicle when paying either passport or via pay machine. It is very important to input the correct license plate to avoid a violation.
- How can I advertise in the parking lots?
- Our parking lots have a lot of visibility so it is a great place to advertise. We have an option for all budgets so feel free to contact us at Parking@focuscorporation.com and we will get back to you quickly with options.
- I received a citation from PRRS. How do I pay?
- Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS) handles our citations at 1417 California, 1417 Stout, 1400 20th, and 2247 Larimer. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to them at 877-302-7275 or by email at Appeals@parkingrevenuerecovery.com.
- Do you offer monthly parking?
- Yes, mosst of o ur lots offer a monthly parking permit. You can check out our rates by going to the top of this page or by going to focuspermits.rmcpay.com.
